Island Massage is operated by Anne Høeg, who is a certified physiotherapeutic masseuse and trained facial reflexologist from the Lone Sorensen Institute in Barcelona.

All treatments always start with the individual client and are always tailored to individual needs.

The clinic offers treatments of 30 minutes, 50 minutes, and 80 minutes. The times include dressing and undressing as well as a glass of water. Sheets and towels are provided in the clinic.

Island Massage offers a variety of different treatments, all based on the individual's wishes and needs.

Physiotherapeutic Massage

Physiotherapeutic massage is a genuine form of treatment that can alleviate pain and soreness in the musculoskeletal system. I base my approach on the body's anatomical structure and work deep into the tissue and muscles to relax the muscle, provide calmness, and improve blood circulation. Treatment of trigger points is a natural part of this therapy.
